Roman Catholicism does not deny that when we die we become spirits and that you can communicate with them. They do say that any spirit that communicates is an evil spirit wishing to do harm.
Roman Catholicism does not believe in reincarnation.
RC doctrine says that when someone commits suicide they are condemned to hell for all eternity. They don’t exactly say where this hell is or in fact where heaven is or why does this moral crime require such an exact unending punishment when God is all loving.
